      Pros

      There is a mediocre base salary and insurance available but expensive.

      Cons

      Where to begin? I'm sure OBM was very successful in the 80's and 90's, but that was 30+ years ago. Everyone walks around on egg shells. Quick to fire people. Rates are not competitive with leading competitors so in any bid situation you will lose. Tons and tons of cold calling, phone blocks, and micro-management. Average tenure for new employees is less than 6 months...it's more of a veteran's club.

      Well paid & great people

      Cons

      Not the best place to start your career. Will not learn anything as an entry level architect. You will spend your time coloring in photoshop and looking for mood images on google. Will never be exposed to real architecture. Complete waste of time.

      Quarterly evaluation less conducive to staff productivity and development. Annual Performance evaluation more desirable.
