Pros
Really relaxed, professional environment, great leadership both from the owners historically and particularly from the Directors who run the business day to day. They are still very hands on recruiters themselves and lead by example; giving us enough room to work the way we want to (but with strong guidelines) and yet being there when we need help or advice.
Cons
I personally would like the business to grow quicker, to be able to build a bigger team of recruiters and this is happening slowly. The owners are very cautious with investment, but on the other hand maybe that's why the company has been going over 40yrs....
