Most of the positions are now remote. Great job coming out of college to just get acclimated to being in the workforce. The corporate office usually has no more than 20 people in it on any given day.
The company has lost its identity as a people-first organization. Salaries are not competitive with similar companies in the area. The benefits were originally designed to offset the lower salaries to present a better overall package however, they have been consistently eroded away year after year. Would not recommend taking a position and expecting to build a career. All of the customer-facing positions are dead-end jobs with very few opportunities to increase your salary.13OEConnection Response2y
