I have been working at OLM (Japan)

    Pros

They have steady projects, good ones, hours are really good and they take good care of you. Compared to other studios in Tokyo (esp. those who hire foreigners), it is unbeatable.

    Cons

Projects are good but not insanely awesome. There is still that JP hierarchy/management that could be improved a lot. Getting a raise is a big struggle (so negotiate well from start).

I have been working at OLM (Japan) for less than a year

    Pros

Very stable company, seems to have a steady flow of interesting projects, rarely had to work late. Good work culture, foreign staff get along really well and are very helpful if you're new to Tokyo.

    Cons

no lunch room, you can only eat at desk or outside. Some projects can be more stressful depending on the client requests.

I have been working at OLM (Japan)

    Pros

This place gets a lot of things right when it comes to creating a productive environment for artists. There seems to be a steady flow of projects so there's job security. It's a friendly studio with lots of talented people from all over the world.

    Cons

Pipeline management system is sadly inefficient.
