Some teams have a good boss; Everything is new, you can build things from the start.

Cons

People are too keen on KPIs. Only look at what can be achieved in a short time. Frequently fire people without reason. Unstable Environment. No training.

Colleagues are great and helpful

Cons

Worst company and management with no respect to employee. Unrealistic KPIs and expect constant overtimes with no recognition. The only way to survive well here is blend in with the clown managements; all the actual work contributors have mostly left. Read the earlier authentic reviews and stay away.
