Pros
Work culture is very good. Management will treat you very friendly and respectful. Will get good support, can reach your manager or any cross function professionals for help at 24/7 365 days. Very flexible working time, but should be available to reach any time if required. Salary on time. Work life balance is good. Can spend adequate time with friends and family.
Cons
Job security is very low. CTC is included with 20% of variable pay, and need to achieve minimum target to earn it. Challenge is the KPI and it's weightage will be changed frequently in short period.
