Pros
1. They have good amount of projects 2. Good for freshers in SOME Departments only. 3. Free Breakfast.
Cons
1. Salary is the biggest issue of this company. 2. If you are taking 2 years bond from new joinee then it is your responsibility to provide better salary. 3. Increment policy is again worst; if you not in GOODBOOKS of your Manager/Team Lead forget the increament they only increment less than 4k some of the employees even get 2000 increment after 1.5 years. 4. Some Team Leaders/ Managers treats employees as a slave. 5. Work environment is not Supportive and Friendly esp Mobile/Mobility.
