Thank you for your review. I am glad to hear you didn’t/don’t experience any micro management this is very important to us. In terms of salaries pre 2021 I would absolutely agree, I am not sure when you were with us or if you still are but we reviewed all our salary bandings in late summer of 2021 and now have much more clear goals for increasing basic salary. Our bonus schemes rank as some of the best but we do appreciate our basic salaries needed work and although this is now significantly better we always have more work to do and will continue to review in line with the market and performance. Thank you again for your comment. If you are still with the business please ensure you have had a conversation with your Business or Operations Manager who will be happy to outline the path to increase your basic salary.

None. I can't think of any.

Cons

They have come up with nothing for me. I am a mature worker with extensive relevant experience and good academic qualifications. They do not communicate with me and have been 100% unresponsive. I would have hoped that as an older worker with such a long full-time career behind me they would be able to find some secretarial/admin roles. I have registered with them and then visited their office a second time but all for nothing. Demoralising.

Honestly? Nothing. Apart from the girls in my branch, the rest was horrible.

Cons

- My Branch Manager was horrible. He picked on how I dressed, how I spoke, promised incentives and never delivered (eg. if you make 50 calls today I'll reward you. I'd make the calls and then when I told him he'd say- yeah? well that's your job so, carry on!) - I felt guilty every time I had to take annual leave. You're made to feel like you owe the company something for not being there - Complete favortism and discrimination - Absolutely NO training. I went into Consultant work having no experience and I was given no help. - I cried at my desk almost every day due to stress. My manager and senior consultants made me feel irrelevant and when I needed help I felt I couldn't ask for fear of their reaction - No employee benefits whatsoever
