I worked at OfficeMax full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Training programs have improved slightly, benefits are decent

    Cons

Upper management doesn't care about the associates, they keep adding job responsibilities on you but don't give you any extra pay and continually cuts payroll so it is almost impossible to get everything done, while still providing excellent customer service.
