      Pros

I learned a lot, the day goes by pretty fast for me due to constant moving, multiple avenues of development, potential for bonus, PTO, benefits

      Cons

Pay could be more, upper management trickles threats to associates about tasks that are not 100% on them such as sales and sign ups.

      Pros

Training programs have improved slightly, benefits are decent

      Cons

Upper management doesn't care about the associates, they keep adding job responsibilities on you but don't give you any extra pay and continually cuts payroll so it is almost impossible to get everything done, while still providing excellent customer service. I lost faith in the company when they started opening on Thanksgiving night

      Pros

The people that you work with are usually all on the same side trying to hit impossible goals and matrix on tiny aspects of the business throughout the day

      Cons

Upper management is terrible and this is a dying company with shrinking revenue and plans on closing over 300 stores over the next couple years.
