Upper management doesn't care about the associates, they keep adding job responsibilities on you but don't give you any extra pay and continually cuts payroll so it is almost impossible to get everything done, while still providing excellent customer service. I lost faith in the company when they started opening on Thanksgiving night

Majority of coworkers were great to work with and made the expeirence less terrible. Coworkers were like family and still keep in touch even though none of us work there.

Upper management (store manager managers) were terrible and treated her like crap as well as treating the other managers who worked at the store like crap too. High turnover rate Terrible pay Customers were frequently rude
