    I think that the watches are beautiful.

    Cons

    unless you are the "teacher's pet" you will not grow. The Regional Manager has his favorites and preaches one thing but doesn't live what he preaches. He is the first to gossip and doesn't set a good example. He talks the talk with his bosses but very different in stores
