      Pros

      I made some of the best friends I have from when I worked at OST. If you enjoy seeing clients come in for audition and then end up on the big screen or in print it give you an incredible feeling being a small part of that persons journey to their dreams.

      Cons

      Honesty is the best policy and also the hardest when it comes to this industry. I learned a lot of good lessons on how to be the bearer of bad news .

      Progress comes in handy, it's very time management, and I just love it there.. I'm This close to being the next big thing

      Paying monthly payments and for my photo shoot but I don't worry bc Ik I'll get to dream and big shot

      Pros

      There is potential for leadership and a chance to travel which is pretty cool. You do get to work with very outgoing people and make friends doing it.

      Cons

      There is no flexibility. Time off is not really supported and you are left guilty for doing it. Pay is very low with unattainable goals to make more.
