Very poor, immature management who dont know what timelines to commit to clients. End up setting unrealistic working hours for employees, without any overtime payment Confusion in project leadership, random meetings, no organized directional approach to problem solving Absolutely no consideration for personal time. Sends work anytime, anywhere, and expects everything to get done "right now" Senior management has almost 0 skills in people management. Hatred towards managers is common. Barely ever you get to hear an appreciative comment, only interested in finding mistakes and belittling people Non-existent training program, yet sky-high expectations of highest quality work output at impossible deadlines

- Informal work culture; very approachable and friendly seniors/colleagues - Work life balance - decent amount of top-down transparency - Leadership change in recent times which can bring the firm out of muddy waters

Work life balance is good. Very good payers. I can say on par with top tech gaints. The project you got here matters a lot in terms of work life balance. I didn't got as hectic work as my peers got. They will recognise you by actions not merely by words.

Cons

The work is not very challenging compared to e-commerce companies. Company is not having very organised structure.. Things will change in no time. But they are improving a lot.. I observed clear difference in last 18 months.

- Decisions from Top Levels should be thought properly before implementing and should not change so frequently! Consistency in systems should be there! - There should not be so many changes in business decisions which impact whole operations and controls. - Top Management should recognize that if persons reporting to them ensures no issues gets escalated to them, it means a lot of efforts have gone into it and not that their team does not have enough work as there are no issues getting escalated!

senior management lacks vision and direction..bunch of quickly promoted personnel not mature enough to run india operations..discrimination in promotions based on geography (india employee in us/uk based client project will be promoted above peer working out of india office for india client project)

Very High Attrition (upto 75%) for IIT Hires in India, as a result no good managers are left, only mediocre leadership is left at the firm. A lot of discrimination between US and India Employees (promotions, work-life balance, responsibility), NO Travel for majority of the India office, Every few months people say the company will improve but all efforts go down the drain. Dearth of projects (half the office sits unstaffed), no opportunities for growth. Was once a good consulting firm, but this new data analytics space that they want to function out of is totally in the air!
