The dependence on SignalHub is infuriating. Its a knockoff Spark with worse features and reliability. Forcing it down everyone's throats isnt going to make things better magically. The pay is tragically low. Next to no raises in the duration I was there.

- Amazing culture. Probably best I have seen. Ppl here are very heplful - Flexible working hours. Complete freedom. - Intelligent bunch of people and you learn lot of new things - Good work in machine learning - Friday office lunch, monthly parties, opportunity to travel

All negative - 0% transparency, Upper management is horrible and doing politics especially in s/w, no year end increment only on promotion, no technical people on upper management side. Earlier it was more then 50 folks in s/w now it is less then 30 and no recruitment. your future in hand of upper management (no 360 feedback).

- Too much politics - No growth opportunities for atleast 3 years - Job description does not match the actual job - status hierarchy is very strong - management is clueless - mismanagement of level one employees - induction and introduction methods need alot of improvement
