      Pros

      1.Highly Optimistic management. 2.More Freedom 3.Have great plans in the future. 4.Supportive people in the management

      Cons

      1.Does not know the meaning of Profile and designation of an employee because the designation and the profile are not at all related. 2.Management is not sure what to pay to an employee.Pay scale is haphazard. 3.Does not know the difference between a person on probation and an intern. 4.The main profile of the company is to sell academic Projects. 5.Does not have any commercialized product but have shown many on the website. 6.Huge deficiency of Professional behavior.

      Pros

      I come at Opulent on Sundays too, isn't it enough to describe what Opulent is… :p Being in Opulent feels like you are innovating something great sitting with your family. Atmosphere over here is not like work work and work. It's simply like enjoy while working.

      Cons

      you need to be in office 9:45AM no matter yesterday when you left office. management understand these things but still they need to focus on this. Just because unpunctuality of some people please don't force everyone to be in office at 9:45AM

      1. Good top management. 2.Friendly & very co-operative colleagues hence smooth work-flow ensured. 3. You have to study a lot hence your core as well as your advance concepts get cleared here. 4. Great company to start your career .
