Fully Remote role and that's the only plus

1. understaffed and over-worked 2. forceful termination 3. don't want to implement new ideas to streamline things - instead want to work on old practices 4. Initially everything is dreamy but as time progresses, you get to know the truth 5. All the time is spent on doing the work and no time is spent on refining processes which could make the work a whole lot easier 6. No clarity

A few talented colleagues. Work from home.

This organization is pretty much a hire-and-fire scam. They have no idea what they want. I saw a few comments that said they are "metrics-obsessed" which made me LOL. They have very minimal metrics or data tracking. They lack the vision to scale the product. Sales has been rather poor since they charge a premium for a product that is inferior to its competitors.
