      Pros

      Great concept - providing mom and pop investors access to Israeli startups. Good marketing and PR - has a high profile in the Israeli VC community. OurCrowd provides excellent information on all of its deals. Investors get everything they need to make an investment decision. Chance to work for/in Israel. Jonathan Medved is a captivating and inspiring personality and a pioneer in Israeli VC. Great place to start a career - youthful, multi-national and high energy culture.

      Cons

      High employee turnover. Terrible internal communications. CEO Medved is a great figurehead, spokesman and leader but his underlings have trouble translating his vision to reality.

      Good people .flexible hours. Good pays

      Cons

      Very fast changes. Can be every two months. Depends on department. You can be under pressure or not doing anything. Too much recruitment. Not technology oriented. A lot of manual processes. Management is not clear. A lot of managers but not enough workers.
