Great people, good management, relaxed atmosphere, solid benefits and pay. OuterBox is a great place to learn a lot and work with some quality clients at a fun, laid back pace.
Cons
I have no real complaints about my time working here.

Pros
My coworkers and manager are awesome! They are very kind, and have helped me learn so much. The Flex time, social events, ping pong, and laid back atmosphere make it a really nice place to work.
Cons
Compensation isn't always equal to the quality of work produced by employees.

Pros
Anytime I have a problem and go to my management, they help me every time. I love this company! I had personal stuff going on in my life and let my management know, they were very understanding and sympathetic to my situation. They offered help in anyway they could. As a women, who is currently working here for longer than a year, I do NOT feel any sort of sexism whatsoever. Every person here treats me just how they would treat everyone else. Nothing different because I am a women. Which is something I respect. I do NOT want to be treated different because of my gender. I love the laid back environment, it gives me the freedom to be who I am! I think some people confused laid back environment with “frat boy”. There are many different kinds of personalities here, which is one reason I love it here. I also really enjoy each and every coworker as well. They are all amazing, smart, hardworking people! I was never asked from anyone in management to write a positive review. I genuinely stand behind all thoughts and feelings.
Cons
My biggest cons were because of the old office. The new office we have now, solves all of my old issues.

Pros
Remote workplace. Huge office spaces. Fun, laid back culture. Everybody has a creative-based talents, hobbies.
Cons
More company-wide events since their once a year party is an awesome, blowout event.

Pros
Very laid back environment, flex time is awesome, decent PTO, work and people are fun, able to work from home or in the office full time.
Cons
Pay is on the lower side, have to give your PTO months in advanced, sometimes have things thrown on you at the last minute but that's how things go in agencies, huge lack in diversity. Barely any minorities and no women in leadership if that's important to you.
