      High performance delivery matters and it is appreciated and recognized..employee friendly policies..open and relaxed work culture..appropriate work life balance..senior management open to feedback

      Cons

      Nothing as such because negativity and gossips are inevitable at any workplace due to specific set of individuals not due to work culture, so, focus on your work and reap the benefits!!!

      Pros

      Good pre retirement place - u need not to do any work not work and no one will say anything as long as u keep some people happy

      Cons

      Preferece given to relationships and not Skills or competence . Son wants a good life in Dubai and father still lives in year 2004 when he started the business. Senior management only parties or goes on costly holidays but has no vision to drive . That is why people are leaving and company is very bad state

      1. Get to work at multiple type of profiles. 2. Nice office

      1. Dinosaurs form the senior management. Should have gone extinct long ago. 2. Current CEO is a good guy but doesn't have the drive or vision .

      No pros. Non employee friendly

      Cons

      1. Final Settlement pending after 10 months of leaving the company. 2. The HR team is very bad and never answers your call. 3. Even the senior management never responds to emails and calls

      the MPOWER staff in Bangalore, were offered a settlement by cheques, which was done on the spot, as we were shutting down our Bangalore data center. It is not possible that any settlement is pending here. were you not an Mpower employee, and if yes, you cannot post on an Oxigen page

      Pros

      Company HAD* good vision and was doing well till 2015, they really wanted to grow BIG and it was kind of looking possible with good leadership in Oxigen and Mpower Softcomm (there subsidiary TECH Company), They had growing business and stable revenue with tremendous opportunity on the digital payment world. New Technology, New Innovative Ideas, New People, New Energy and what not, but they were like temporary. They HAD* good culture, processes, administration and roadmap for growing as a technology company internationally. Like any other company, the hikes were less and converted to incentives/bonus, with some benefits to employee class here and there.

      Cons

      After losing few good leadership members, strategic failure in Marketing, hiring wrong top people, sick old management/technical people they are unable to withstand there POSITIVITY, STRENGTHS, MARKET PLACE, and mainly CULTURE… They are losing things big way. HR has certainly become a JOKER, they don’t understand what to do, as senior management is unwise and they don’t have answer for any question for employees/ex-employees, and they are having toughest time in Oxigen. - the Salaries are not paid on time, - many people were fired and getting fired - two offices were closed - Technically lost focus - Not settling the arrears or dues to the fired/left employees - Some middle level management acts as BOSSES, which is harming everyone - As a consequence of instability, they now do not have any of the good attributes mentioned in the above PROS section Overall I recommend, if you get an opportunity to work for them Oxigen/Mpower Softcomm consider NOT to opt there offer, as any ways you are not having a secured job and ultimately you money will be lost to the company itself and your hard work will go in vanished.

      Company has No vision, No money, No future

      Pros

      Nothing good about the company. They don't have money to pay vendors dues, employee's salary. They even don't have money to clear FnF of employees who left on Feb'17 - till now. They have less than .5% share of mobile wallet market. They are great in adding fake reviews and they assume everyone is stupid to believe these fake reviews (p.s. click "Rating Trends" to see what they did last November'16).

      Cons

      You work as postman, senior management has no idea of whats the market need. But even then you have to get things done asked by them. Randomly one fine day you will be asked to leave(p.s.: More than 100 people have been asked to leave in last 12 months).

      Dear Ex Product Manager I would take your feedback and review. I believe you worked for 3 years.. i hope you got your salary, else pray , please explain how you worked for 3 years without it. Its performance that makes the management to ask for resignations. And it's a set practice to weed out the people who do not perform so as not to restrict the growth of the company. We simultaneously hire new people and see how they deliver. It's unfortunate that you chose to use these words for a company that helped you develop yourself for the last 3 years. Good luck

      I would assume you are an Mpower employee and not Oxigen's employee. Irrespective, i am sorry that you feel this way. Mpower is a tech company and deploys bank grade software. One has to be an ace programmer/ developer to continue be a part of our team. If we find any employees performance average or mediocre we would not hesitate to purge such employees out.

      Haha seriously Pros.. ok Senior Management are approachable and you can discuss your points with them but of no use because they will tell that u r here to listen and work not to speak or might be you can be thrown out of the cabin.

      Cons

      40% of your salary is on performance which you will never get. Salary are not in time. Fire people saying they can't afford them then why you people hire them if you cant afford? You have hired people from IIM IIT and lot more and fired everyone in 6-8 month telling no productivity, sorry if u can't see productivity from IIM B n IIT R people then you all have no clue of productivity. Please make sure what you need from employees and treat them as your family.

      i find your feedback not in line with the cultural fabric of the organisation. both on approachability and involvement of senior management and on hiring. people are let go on grounds of performance. yes we constantly keep weeding out the low performers. And i would like to state that only if u are in sales, you have a variable salary. Else you would have a PLI. And PLI is not a part of your salary. It's over and above. As per company policy, PLI is paid for timely target achievement. And tje company rewards you for early achievement of these milestones. And if you miss it , then your PLI is zero. Just because someone is from iit or iim does not make them superior in delivery, in the job. Yes ... we value output. And will benchmark you all according to results. If productivity was so well understood, by yourself, perhaps you would enlighten us , then we would be discussing this in person and not on an anonymous platform with hidden identity.

      Diverse learning opportunities with easy approachable senior management. Strong hold in market, can create miracles in fin tech industry if a few tweakings done

      Need to develop a lot as organisation as a whole on Infra , process , employee satisfaction etc, organisation is fickle minded, if they would have focused on a few verticals it would have done well instead of being jack of all trades
