I worked at Oyo Rooms full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Salaries are good, and is credited on time. There will be extreme pressure on you , which will help you to grow better. Team leaders are well qualified (except some) and you learn a lot from them. Lot of flexibility in switching your profile and city.

    Cons

You will be under enormous pressure to get the job done.Your WhatsApp will give you headache with lot of groups being formed there to keep track on your progress. If you have a prior sales experience, then you would have to listen a lecture from a person who has never done any sales in his life.

    Advice to Management

HR policies needs a lot of improvement ( especially
Avoid unnecessary pressure that is being put on the employees, as not every one is from McKinsey, Harvard , IIMs and IIT.s
    Grading system need improvement.
Senior Leadership at some levels are extraordinary and while few people just doesn't deserve it (and its quite clear and everyone knows).

I have been working at Oyo Rooms full-time

    Pros

Fast paced environment, great peer culture, open culture with control to take initiatives and improve the setup

    Cons

My hub head once told, if you're here for learning and development this is not the place to be. 0 work life balance, always at work . No respect for employees. Absolutely 0 planning. If you have x target planned for next month suddenly a day before month begins it becomes 3x. No consideration for employee's long term career. High pressure doesn't necessarily mean great growth.

    Advice to Management

Have some respect for your ground employees, they love what they're building here, very passionate people completely destroyed by no consideration of their personal life. Backend support teams for your ground time is non existent, only try to deflect work from one team to another.
