Brilliantly put together engineering team and firm!

    Pros

Everyone is amazing, and very helpful in every aspect of the job. Even starting as an intern, they are willing to help teach you everything with no frustration, all while treating you as one of their own. I have yet to see someone in a management position get angry, and the amount they help with is astonishing. Simply put, perfect chemistry among the management and team systems in place. One could not ask for a better work environment.

    Cons

The only real "con", is that there are no tutorials on how to get things done. At first, you attempt it by looking at other work, and then get corrected. This isn't really a con at all though, being it is a long teachable moment, and every issue is walked through with no anger or negativity.

    Fantastic company, with growing pains

    9 Oct 2018 - A&E Designer in Roswell, GA

    Pros

This is the best company I've ever worked for. The health benefits (optional pet insurance too!), catered lunches, lots of extra-curricular activities, plus the people are fantastic.

    Cons

With such a new industry, there is not much when it comes to 'industry standards'. Especially when it comes to the design side. This can be frustrating when coming from an industry rife with well-established codes and best practices to one where "that's just how we've always done it". On the plus side, everyone seems open to streamlining and improving the process.

    Pros

The work is steady and demanding; however the work environment is laid back with much more freedom than a traditional corporate setting.

    Cons

jumping from project to project because of short staff, but the knowledge gained due to this is invaluable.

The environment is nothing like I've ever experienced. Everyone is so super friendly and willing to help with whatever you're doing. This is what all companies should strive for.

    Cons

I honestly can't think of any.
