Amazing engineering firm
14 Feb 2018 - CAD Engineer in Roswell, GARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I just started with PM&A, leaving a company I had been with for several years. I have no regrets! Amazing all of the perks they do for the employees, never seen a company do so much. Work schedule is flexible, there is no dress code. Amazing group of people so far, from the owner to others. Very genuine! Great work/home balance. More engineering companies should strive to be more like PM&A. Again, I have not been here long, but I can't imagine having anything bad to say in a year from now.
Cons
So far, I honestly can't think of any!

Pros
Great people, like family (the good family anyway), everyone works hard and plays hard. Lunch is catered in to us everyday. They give us an opportunity to learn, train and succeed. Lots of company wide events, New Orleans, Atlanta, Houston...
Cons
It's not a total negative but we work really hard in a very fast paced environment.
