Pros
Collaboration is important. Culture is all about empowering employees and driving us toward success. Allows everyone to make decisions to benefit the team, company, and client. They don’t have layers of approvals and hoops to jump through. Casual dress code, as in non-existing, because we are all adults who know what is work appropriate based on daily schedule. Free food, Unlimited PTO, flexible schedules with Work from Home. The atmosphere is inviting, teamwork is encouraged, and caters to both introverted and extroverted .
Cons
Pay is on the lower end for Telecom due to size of company, but is improving as we expand in size. Benefits for health, dental, and vision are expensive and lack the bells and whistles of larger companies coverage. No tuition reimbursement. Training and Development need to be addressed, with a Program and Leadership for direction and involvement. Organization has not restructured with growth, and continues to operate as a small flat organization even though the need for specialists and employee growth incentives are apparent for long term retention.
