The Team under which I worked was supportive, and the environment was chill.

Good benefits, You can learn a lot if you are at your starting phase of your career.

Cons

There are no downsides, though the team size was small and at times we had to do a lot of work but then eventually you learn alot of things.

There are none.... believe me

Cons

Training for new people is a joke and the trainers are cocky, unprofessional, and hardly supervise you while trainers are at the wheel. I can say this. If my training was professional and my trainer was actually teaching me techniques and showing me the ropes of this career...I would have been more inclined to be an OTR Truck Driver. Pam Transport...wow guys step up your game.
