Pros

Pays well. Good healthcare Good for contract to hire work Staffers are decent Nice place to work if you keep your head down.

Cons

Toxic Atmosphere after Jim cut out and the company was purchased. Poor management top-to-bottom. Poor Direction in most business segments. The Power Industry is in violent change in expectation of CO2 legislation, and as a result, PIC considers valuable employees expendable.

Pros

Only redeeming quality were the people I worked with.

Cons

Directors and managers have been heard yelling at employees and when issues are raised with HR, nothing happens, or the employee endures consequences. It is common to hear from employees that I have left this company, willingly or unwillingly, that they have never experienced an environment as toxic/hostile as this company.

Pros

Flexible hours. Managers are willing to work around any personal issues that come up. A variety of different tasks to keep engaged. Very good starting pay.

Cons

The job can be very sedentary at times. At times there is a great deal of travel and time on the road, but that varies. Not much opportunity for advancement.
