Redundant Shift Pattern for Operations Team

1 - Good Salary 2 - Vehicle Provided 3 - Fuel and CashCard allowance 4 - Company Phone / Laptop

Cons

The Operations Team have to do 3 rotating shifts which is RIDICULOUS... And on top of that the usual daily deployment for Day and Night shift. Scheduled off days are not really off days as you would need to attend to issues at the sites, which makes the shift pattern REDUNDANT in the first place... No time for family at all... My advice, think twice, THRICE before you join this company.
