1. To much centralized. One person takes all the decisions 2. Evern though you are free to voice your opinions, dont think anything good can come out it. Even if you can provide all the data in the world, they pretend a blind eye towards it. 3. Not using the scale that the company possess to dominate the market. 4. Not proactive in the market. Its only reactive and the reaction is also extremely slow.
