Pros

They want you to hit the ground running.Director of Sales pretty much saves the company.

Cons

No training, If you ask the CEO questions he will curse at you and guide you to figure it out on your own. CEO is temperamental and a bit of a nut job. The client retention rule is a joke where if the client cancels within 90 days you are responsible for paying back your commision. No structure, no real training and the company in itself is a joke. CEO is looking to basically sell this company off. the CEO basically doesn't even come into the office because he doesn't play well with his employees and the employees who put in the hard work for him end up getting demoted. Don't tell people they can work the hours they want , then be passive aggressive about it when they leave at five since the CEO would waddle in at 11 AM and stay unitl late, doesn't mean employees should be given the same expectations so that he can chat with employees when it's convenient for him.

Pros

none none none none none

Cons

Be advised that the manager/CEO have created the positive reviews for this company. They do the same for the terrible in-house CRM they force their account managers to sell. Everything about this company is fake and a sham - they will overwork you, underpay you, and lie straight to your face. I can't stress enough YOU DON'T WANT TO WORK HERE.

Pros

The only pro was the office had a hipster vibe and everyone was young

Cons

As previous reviews have mentioned, DO NOT BECOME A MARKETING SPECIALIST HERE. you will be overwhelmed by the amount of work, because typically there is only one on the team here. No one offers help or guidance if you run into issues even though you are working on the same clients needs and you are all a team. Account managers are supposed to tell you clients needs but there was barely any communication. The general manager was probably the worst leader I’ve ever worked with. There is no equality or diversity either. The team is all white men. Pay is not enough to live off of. They advertise an unlimited vacation policy but that’s untrue. Previous employees reached out to me months after I left and said they “wanted to warn me” well here is myself warning everyone. STAY AWAY from this company!
