      Nothing is good in this company to report

      I had very Worst experience with this company. They dont have lot of projects in hand, they will hire you for a project and fire you once that assignment is over. They dont even care about your family issues. In my tenure of 1 year they fired almost 5 people (Out of 40 employees). Even the CEO will not listen to your complaints. I would strongly recommend not to join them no matter how much trouble you are in or how many promises they make.

      In response to your review, we question whether you have worked with us for a year, or at all. We did not "fire" 5 people in a year and you do not know the size of our firm.We have many tenured employees with over 7 years at our firm. We provide excellent benefits and a great opportunity for learning new technologies.       Pros

      The consultants there are really great to get along with and work really hard. People are willing to share their knowledge with others.

      Cons

      Do not leave your current company to work there, no matter how green the grass seems to be. They only hire if they win a project. Once the project is over, you will get let go. Look up all the past employees on LinkedIn and reach out to them to get an idea of what it is like to work there. We all have the same story. Don't jump in the sinking ship.

      PREDICTif Solutions has many tenured employees with over 5+ years at the company. Unfortunately, there are times where companies have to do reductions in force. This is in every industry.

      worked here for six yrs+ , good place to start career and learn new technologies, the opportunity to get experience in multiple industries is a nice plus.
