      Company isn't too big, people are pretty close, lots of opportunities to learn new things, pretty flexible with vacations/family time, overall good atmosphere

      Cons

      Wide range of responsibilities, sometimes hard to focus on one thing, company is always growing and shifting which means you have to adapt

      - Friendly work envioronment - Salaries on par withcomporable industries - HR/Management very approachable - Small business w/ privat owner, not a large impersonable corporation

      - Small business = higher health insurance rates -Llimited Advancement Opportunities

      Pros

      Close-knit environment, laid-back attitude. Most employees have been there 5 or more years, often upwards of ten. Supportive of family/outside commitments.

      Cons

      A lot of inter-office gossip for the size of the company, lack of clear guidelines for employee responsibilities. Nepotism and double-standards of behavior.
