Pros

There are NO PROS to working here under the current TOP leadership.

Cons

The President of the company, is a cheater, a liar and someone who cannot be trusted. Glad to hear the second in command was let go but the leader needs to be let go as well. I wish someone at the HQ would wake up and see that this person is doing nothing to lead this organization that was once great before he dipped his pen in company ink.

Pros

People who are new to the company that haven't been negatively affected by the culture are great to work with.

Cons

The culture is a dog eat dog environment. Be careful what you say and who you say it to. Being excellent at your job is 10% of the job and the balance is rubbing elbows with the old timers and a couple management folks. If they don't like you, say good bye to your job. That's not all, if you are looking to use them as a reference, it is probably not going to happen because they have nothing good to say about people they terminate.

Worst company I’ve ever worked for

Pros

New people who come in are the highlight, because they believe in the change leadership only pays lip service to. But not many, if any, stick around once they see the entropy in action and realize their efforts are futile in the face of all the roadblocks. Inquire about the turn over rate, it will be illuminating.

Cons

Flat reorg of the company weakened the superstructure ensuring no one is caring for the details and everyone is overloaded to the breaking point. Streamlining was just an excuse for ownership to save money. Communication between teams or from exec leadership is poor to nonexistent. If you’re not part of the good ol boy network, forget having a voice. Benefits are passable, barely. Expect to pay through the nose for weak coverage. Facilities look like they haven’t had an upgrade since the 80’s making for a depressing and shoddy work environment. Thousands were spent on a propeller sculpture for the exterior because the facade is all this company cares about. The only people who don’t see the massive problems here are those not paying attention, or who have become so good at lying to everyone, they’ve started to believe it themselves.
