Company needs to work more on how they can retain sales associates to keep stores staffed all times and don't have a big turn over of employees.

I have been working at Pacific Sunwear part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Unlike some other retail stores, PacSun has a very relaxed work environment. I highly recommend this store if you want to get started in the retail department. You have a large variety of different clothing brands your are allowed to wear while working and coworkers/management team are typically very chill and inviting. I have worked here for about 3 years because the team is really great, they feel like family, and it is very easy to balance this job and highschool/college at the same time.

    Cons

The pay really is not that great. Sales associates that have been there longer are barely rewarded in my experience.

    Advice to Management

Associates will not want to work for you, if you do not work with them. Treat all associates with the respect they deserve.
