- Flexible work hrs, and it means literally. you were allowed to take work from home, long planned vacations, work hours. - Best Employee benefits - Free food, snacks, drinks, juices and monthly parties, big events - Good HR practices - helpful, open environment, communicating concerns was promoted - Good Salaries

- Confused Management - Lack of professional growth - No Training plans - Too many managers, directors, VPs
