      Ok company with a bad CEO

      Pros

      The work there is not that hard and there are good benefits (including a full health insurance that covers pretty much everything but dental care).

      Cons

      The CEO is a cowboy. He takes quick decisions on matters he doesn't understand and therefore doesn't understand the consequences. He messes up with things that a CEO should not really care about and he seems more interested in replacing all the senior management with his friends than in the good of the company.

      OK benefits, equipment, internet, etc

      Cons

      Not the same as it used to be. Management allows toxic culture to remain. Now the company is not focused on employees' well-being as much anymore, which was the biggest pro of the company. Lack of support, lots of gossip, easy to be targetted.

      Pros

      The staff on mid-level down are friendly, loyal, knowledgeable, generally trying to make it all work.

      Cons

      No focus on employee well-being. This used to be the best with this company, but now, together with quality focus, abandoned for release speed.
