    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Pairsys full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Free Lunch and beverages served on the weekdays. Great pay, Very Easy Job

    Cons

It is a sales oriented company and customer service. You are looked at as a lesser to all the sales agents. Because of this all they care about is the total call time and keeping that low. Chairs are uncomfortable and some broken. Many times they are out of the clorox sanitizing wipes.

    Advice to Management

Advice to Senior Management – Improve customer service, Get rid of the overseas tech all they do is make customers upset making the tier 1 jobs harder. Offer better meal options, enough salads for people who want them and offer salads and beverages on the weekends. Ban electronic cigarettes in the call center they give many people headaches (Reason I left).

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Pairsys full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    good working environment and culture

    Cons

no cafetaria and sometimes no information was shared among interns regarding projects and technology so that leads to some insufficient knowledge.

    Advice to Management

Please compensate employees who stay for 5 or more years, better than new comers at the same experience level.
