Awful Management and Below Average Pay

Literally not one single thing good to say about this place. It was a complete waste of time, effort, and energy! I really wish I had something better to put here because I wanted to like Mark and James so much when I started. If you currently work here, I suggest waiting to write your review until after some time (if you make it past a month or 2 of course). They want you to write a review immediately because they’re trying to increase the positive ones to offset the negative. The earlier you review them, the more likely you are to include some positive things like snacks and coffee and nothing in the negative because at first they’re trying to woo you before they treat you like garbage. Typically by the first week you’ve seen the negative side of things but of course they want a review on day one and start harassing from then about it.
Cons
As other reviewers have mentioned, this place is a terrible environment with a lot of arguments from management about the most petty things. The fact that they’re claiming ALL the negative reviewers to have been “terminated” is an utter lie to try and “protect” their image which they’ve deeply tarnished. This many negative reviews can’t be all lying about the environment and experience we’ve had. As if somehow we’re coordinating what we say even though none of us have met or worked here at the same time. This should be a big indicator of what’s to come if you join this office sadly. There’s no structure or system in place, making it extremely difficult to get organized in the office and keep a steady workflow. Pay is also lacking as it’s way below industry standards for this type of work and workload.
