Helpful, well-being oriented products, good idea, some people are very nice and smart
Cons
The management is sooo bad. The founders and c-level managers are Russian and Belarusian, so-called board-members. They bring their relatives to the company without anyone's opinion, and usually these people appear so unprofessional and stupid. They can shout on you, they can be rude. And it's normal. The CEOs of their start-ups can allow themselves miss meetings and cancelling interviews without any reason. Also this company supports double standards. Since they moved all employees from Russia and Belarus to Cyprus they still allow some people work from these countries while they also can fire any other employee if she/he refuses to move Cyprus soon. This is not the place where you expect to find some good corporate values. "The fish stinks from the head down"
