Pros
Great coworkers and interesting work. Good medical benefits and time-off.
Cons
Everything is an emergency. Management wants things now, even if its damaging in the long-term. Reasonable expectations would be a nice change. 401k match is poor. Advancement opportunities are minimal. Raises are virtually non-existent. Employees often go 5 to 10 year between raises. If you are considering a job, get everything you want up front.
