Pros
Can only speak to my time when we were Pandora, and not yet an entity of Sirius XM. Those years, it was great company culture and collaboration between departments. The environment was electric and everyone loved coming to work for such an iconic organization. You literally felt like you were a part of something great. We worked hard and played hard...there were long hours but you legitimately enjoyed every minute of the ride.
Cons
Change is expected during an acquisition...but I don't think anyone could have expected such a sweeping blow to crucial internal teams and overall moral. I haven't heard great things about the new regime...which doesn't surprise me. Unfortunately I think so much change (much of which unneccessary) was made that this isn't even the same org I was a part of....

Great people, great culture! People here really are, genuinely nice. They work with you and help you if help is needed. Pandora is trying really hard to innovate. Great work/life balance. Of course there is politicking on the management level, but it is not as visible or as vicious as at some other companies.
Cons
The salaries are below average, it is impossible to get a raise, or advance your career. It could be because the turnover here is not huge (it picked up a little when SiriusXM acquired Pandora). It a great place to stay, be a lifer. But if you are looking to advance your career, it will not happen while you are here. It is really the 2-year tenure deal. Get in, get experience, get out.

Great Culture! The company creates a supportive community for everyone One of the most diverse companies that I've seen Music is present all around and the product is awesome! Pandora has free mini concerts at work and a company wide pandora performs event You have the option to work from home once a week
