Pros
Leadership by Madan, Kamesh and Varsha Mam is top notch. Mentorship by the founders as well as teammates is irreplaceable. Ethics and Values everyone has them but here they gonna stick to it. Treating Employees as humans in companies is something rare to find. Flexible workhours gives your life and work a balance.

you will forget that you are actually an working in a company, its so calm and free that you will involve yourself in the work.

- I really like the culture here, it doesn't feel like working under a boss and everyone is very friendly and helping in nature. - Regarding the salary, they are on time no issues with that. - Work/Life balance is good, one doesn't have to work after working hours.
