      Just every thing for build up only. No talented recruiters are there

      Cons

      They will demand your education certificates for custody and give back after a year,they have an year of contract which says employee has to pay 1lakh rupess if he/she leave the job for any reason and plus have to pay 2%interest..they will not pay your salary and will take you for granted and fire anytime Hr department runs by few girls with 0 knowledge plus no manner... its a scam company... staff over their sucks.. beware of them.. don't waste your time and money..................... daily they take staff and daily they fire staff..don't have money to survive in market...

      Pros

      Training is good. Management will respect employee till there work for panzer only.

      Cons

      They treat employees like a slave. They keep original certificate of employee and treat them like a slave. Suppose if employee want to leave organization for any reason they will hold the certificate and salary. And if that employee joins other company, then panzer management will call that other company and give all negative feedback.

      We understand, every company has its own strategies to deal with a certain situation. However, if you had any bad experience earlier, you should have put it across to the HR team and they would have resolved the issue for you.
