I have been working at Papa John's part-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Flexible hours opportunities to learn how to run a business

    Cons

Pay isn’t the best long term

  2. "My experience at Papa John's so far."

I have been working at Papa John's part-time

    Pros

Mostly an open and accepting environment. Very busy upbeat job with a lot of communication, allowing me to always work on my customer service. Flexible hours, open schedules. Opportunity for growth within the company, and quickly.

    Cons

There are some minors that work inside so this can become very drama focused quickly, which I do not enjoy. At every job, some people simply don't wanna do their job. Other people's slack makes more work for you. Some of the people we get because we have such a large delivery area surface, are rude. There is definitely a lot of favoritism there.
