    I worked at Paperpedia full-time

    Pros

    1. Exceptional learning opportunities but only if you are willing to grab them otherwise I have seen a lot of people cribbing about the work.
    2. Management is actually open to feedback and willing to improve for which they even take the feedback from employees to make considerable changes.
    3. You can earn a lot of money for every single word you write.
    4. Very strict on quality.

    Cons

    1. company is still growing so a lot of experiments do happen in terms of policies which may not go down with you if not open to change and experiment.
    2. Tough competition is there in the company so you will have to continuously improve yourself.

    Advice to Management

I understand that the company is in the growing stage and a lot of experiments are the part and parcel of it but then the company should always have some backup plan to handle the failed policies.

I worked at Paperpedia full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You will be allured by the package, leaves, OT but let's talk reality.

    Cons

You will not be told about the training when you join but after 9 days you will be fired. And this is purely unethical work to write assignments for other students. Don't get into this trap.

    I worked at Paperpedia full-time

    Pros

The support gathered from colleagues is exceptional, other than that they do give out MacBook’s (as one of the earlier reviewers presented here) but the fact that they run Windows on it, ruins the purpose.

    Cons

    Well, there are a whole list of cons;
    1) Unsupportive and incompetent management running roughshod over the lives of the employees.
    2) Broadly unfair salary structure that favours those who sing praises for the management, while doing away with the talent and hard work.
    3) The performance review system is in the dumps with no regard to the dedication and efforts put forth by the employees.
    4) An unfair salary deduction system where the management would pile one with unreasonable amount of work and then the deductions would be made for the ‘failed’ assignments.
    5) Also, coupled with the usual work that you get to do, you will be asked to write “good” reviews for the firm on the websites like Glassdoor and Naukri.com, to balance out the real and honest opinions presented by the others.
Lastly, I would like to say that there’s a lot more than what meets the eye at Paperpedia. Once you sign up to be a part of the organization, you will be signing away your soul to the devil, with no control over your life. You can be asked to get up and work at 2 AM on a good day and stretch the work by burning the night oil, with no consideration given to your health and personal life.

    Advice to Management

My only word of advice for the management would be for them to open up their eyes and actually see the real performance of the employees rather than taking out their own prejudices in the office. All the information that is put forth is not always true, I would suggest that they take the time out to realise the true nature and intent of the people rather than nodding along like infants being taught the alphabet.
