    Pros

    Pariveda Solutions as a firm is extremely focused on the personal growth of its employees. There is a clear career development path and well organized mentorship program. I've never worked for a company where I have felt so cared about, people actually care here.

    Cons

    Travel can be somewhat unpredictable, but it's the nature of the job. Management is communicative and supportive when transitioning projects, this helps with the unpredictability.

    Keep up the good work.

    Pros

    Excellent business model and structure especially for those in the early years of their career. Well managed company with a clear strategy, growth model, and culture.

    Cons

    The business model is fairly rigid which could become a challenge or overly stifle innovation and adaption to changing market conditions.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to question and refine your services, staffing and pricing models, and even strategy because the pace of change with technology, providers, and services is even more rapidly changing than in the past - e.g. deep learning, digital strategies, etc.

    Core values were severely tested in the recent economic down turn which produced overly aggressive time lines and the beginning of a cultural click mentality. The organizations growth potential is strictly up or out. The organization is culturally difficult for consultants that have experience and families.     Advice to Management

    Figure out what the core values really mean and push them throughout the entire leadership team. Determine that you would rather go out of business than violate those core values. Leave the arrogance at the door and start treating your people with the respect they deserve.
