Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookI have been working at Parle Agro full-time
Pros
On time salary, No other Pros.
Cons
Headline explains how much they care about the employees, weather the status in the Aarogya setu is High risk or not Admin department asks employee to report to duty, not sure how often they sanitize the office. They are firing half the staff even if the employee was part of the organization for more than 5 years saying that there is slow down in business and on the other hand they are hiring people with better packages. Great deal of micro management, CEO has fired senior people who were not able to report to office. The reason for not reporting to work was because one of the employee's parents passed away due to Covid. Also more than 70 % of the staff is attending the office since July. No Work From Home policy. Well apparently the companies have shown true color during the pandemic and Parle Agro has been Leader. The Marketing team was wiped out completely as there is no point in the marketing the product during pandemic, and within a month new people were hired in Marketing Department. Also Glassdoor need to change the change the logo of the company.

I worked at Parle Agro full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Freedom to learn and experiment although working with good Brands. Take your own efforts to groom/direct your self for the work . Keep zero expectation from Bosses they are himself clueless about business. You can earn the blessing from the bosses only by spending on them.
Cons
No strategy & No Ethics! Owner driven company decisions are taken ad-hoc with no substantial data. Though the company run by female owner highly favoured to male employees. Performance is last priority. Owner likes/ dislikes will decide employee career in company not the employees efforts. Excellent place to groom as a politician not a corporate leader this is the reason good people leave.

good experience with the company
