Pros

- Good place to learn AI and e-commerce - good start for a BD and sales.

Cons

- sales always come first, innovation second - very long working hours, and will shame you if you’re not working late - many many unnecessary meetings - has to go to the office, otherwise you’re a “bad employee” - inner circle is a thing here, favouritism is a thing here

Pros

- You can gain a tons of experience - You’ll be treated well if you’re in Sales or BD - Majority of the staff are very nice

Cons

- Does everything opposite to what their supposed culture is - Promote overtime, getting praised if you do - Below market average pay - Pressure you to work in office when they promote as a hybrid model - Executive doesn’t really care about you, you’re only a number to them
