      - Unique organizational mission supporting the growth and development of local CSOs around the world - Friendly and dedicated staff - Over 250 highly skilled staff across the PartnersGlobal Network - Recent adoption of new policies and procedures on Grants and Finance Management, Travel Policy, Procurement, Subawards and HR - Innovative and impactful work - Very competitive pay and benefits compared to other CSOs of its size - Responsive Senior Leadership - Great new offices and a commitment to continued growth and professinalization - Staff are promoted on merit

      Cons

      - Like other CSOs it is dependent on the funding cycle and this has become increasingly competitive - Size of the organization (24 staff) limits the scope for organizational economies of scale

      Pros

      The organization had a strong cadre of staff, allowing them to carry out impactful programming.

      Cons

      The Executive leadership is in disarray since 2025. In fact the Glassdoor has not been updated to reflect new leadership. First, there are two co-executive directors - a structure absolutely unnecessary when they have had to let go of more than 80% of their staff and paying the rest 50% of their salary.
