Free lunch provided 3 days a week!

      Cons

DONT GIVE YOUR 2 WEEK NOTICE! If you plan to resign from Pathway just walk out on your last day and tell them on the way out. I was hired to work an early shift starting at 7 am, 5 months later and after a 153% increase in productivity, their CBO decided that I needed to work 8 to 5, unfortunately this does not work for me personally so I had to resign. I provided my 2 week notice on Nov. 30th, they decided my last day would be 12/01 WITHOUT PAY!! I was exempt and did a well above average job at what I did. Very unprofessional if you ask me! They have a woman running the show that seems to.make decisions on emotions, and from what other employees say the CEO is a yes man and does whatever she says. I was surprised that they did what they did to me. I should have walked out at the end of my 2 weeks, but I didn't want to leave them in a bind. They definately didn't have the same attitude. In addition, due to my productivity being so high, they let go of my then director and Co worker and put me in charge of the department. I had responsibility in all states. They gave me no increase in compensation , nor did they give me a title. I was told "prove yourself" uhhh, isint that what I just did and why you gored 2 people????

We apologize that we were unable to meet your needs with your desired work schedule. Unfortunately, this was a position where your department head preferred you to be onsite during regular business hours. We greatly appreciate the work you contributed while being employed here at Pathway Genomics and wish you great success in your next position.
