Pros
In the beginning you are promised a hefty salary. This is to lure you over from your current company.
Cons
They are unstable. Currently they have a high attrition rate, upper management leaving in droves. No leadership and a lawsuit by Myriad Genetics.

Pros
I honestly enjoyed my time here. I was able to work with a dynamic group of people. They had catered lunches every day up, until recently they cut back to three days (im guessing budget reasons). My immediate management was always there to help us ll become better at sales and help bridge gaps unforeseen to us. Upper management seemed supportive, in fact they would stop to shat or high five you when you closed a great deal...we even had a going we could ring for huge deals. This position allowed me to develop my skills in: United States Business Development Management - B2B Sales Molecular Diagnostics Consulting: Nutrigenomics, Oncology, Pharmacogenomics, and Cardiology. Process Development, Implementation Strategy, Medical Staff Training, Medical Billing, Account Management and Development. Product Development Social Media Networking/Marketing. This inside sales job wasn't a normal ISR as you can imagine.
Cons
The lay offs aren't great and there is a high turn over. If you're in sales you know its the typical cycle. Unfortunately this can be company wide and you really have no idea if its your time or not. They also watch your attendance, but then again if you're honest and work your time...it shouldn't be an issue. New products rolling out, changes to testing and pricing should also be given to the sales team so they know ahead of time not hours after a release.
