I have been a bandit in Payatu for 1.5 years and I love to work for more time. I have not found such a research-oriented company in India. Other companies work day and night to get clients, but Payatu gets clients from Bandits' quality of work. The culture in Payatu is much better than other private security companies in India. Everyone gets the liberty to research with the company's support and publish their findings openly. Unlike other companies, Payatu always credits the Bandits for their research. For a fresher, it should be a dream company because the project and learning experience they can get in Payatu can help them grow consistently. I am an expert in Web, mobile, network & thick client application penetration testing. I also learned secure code review in Payatu. In the first year of my work, I already got two monthly appreciation awards and one quarterly excellence award. Working in Payatu is a perk in many ways. Payatu provides compensation for employees up to 1000$ if they want to do any certification in cybersecurity every year. Suppose your paper is selected for any international conference. In that case, Payatu provides travel and accommodation to their employee who will present at the conference. The salary and hike in Payatu is excellent.
