Pros
This companies culture is second to none. They honestly care about their employees and is the best company I have ever worked for! The handled the transition to work from home during the pandemic flawlessly and have taken care of their employees in every way. Career growth is there, compensation is also great. I have referred multiple people to the company as well and everyone is very pleased.
Cons
I don't have any cons at the moment.

Pros
This company is amazing and goes above and beyond to keep the culture positive and up beat! I’m a remote employee and I feel more connected to my team, leadership, and direction of the organization then I did when I worked in the office. We use our own technology for everything and have open communication inside it to see what it going on. Would highly recommend Paylocity to anyone looking for a new job!
Cons
The first 18 months of the HCM Account Executive role are challenging. You will be given a list of zip codes and account that will likely need to be updated. 90% of your business will come from prospecting in your first year. You will also be creating new partnerships in your territory which will eventually give you a network for referrals. These are the 2 key ways you will see success in this role. Base Pay is not the best. But when you hit the higher commission levels you can make a ton of money!
